Not only did I create many choreographies - I also direct my own dance group and organize a big music and dance festival of Basel where I manage all the dance groups.

About Me

"Qkyaa" was my nickname back in my hometown of Addis Abeba. Qkyaa means "mine" and "unique" in Amarisch. This nickname helped me to express myself with modeling and dancing. I am an Ethiopian girl who was raised in Switzerland. I went to New York from October to December 2017 to improve my english and to follow my dream as a model and dancer. I had the chance to do a lot of collaborations with great photographers and dance teachers who helped me in many ways.
